Grouping by Projects will create an invoice where each selected task will be replaced by Project. Grouping by Tasks will create an invoice where each selected task will be inserted as a separate row on the invoice. This way you can bill Customers based on time spent on specific task by your user and adjust their hour rate (unless you’ve set it in Settings). Grouping by People will create an invoice where each employee’s individual time will be inserted as a separate row. You can choose from 4 options – people, tasks, projects and time entries. The last decision you need to make is how to group time and present it on the invoice. In the second step, adjust the timeframe – that’s self-explanatory. Note that if system will find any billable time the preview will automatically update below the form. In first step, select task or tasks you want to invoice your customers for.
